Starting a company is an adventure, and we couldn't be happier to begin this one because we can help our community in ways few others can. Our story started in 2019 when we purchased a property we named Scrappy Creek, after our beloved cattle dog, in the mountains of Roanoke County.
We discovered many trees on the property that needed full removal due to being unsafe or concerning; during the tree-felling process, Mark found his passion. In 2020, he started with humble beginnings, doing small jobs, and worked his way up to creating Scrappy Creek LLC a year later.
With hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality, Scrappy Creek Tree Service grew into what it is today – and what we’re proud to keep building for our family and community.
